Delivery

All orders are carefully packed and shipped in a sturdy flat Manila board-backed envelope that features “Please do not bend” to ensure that you receive your item in optimal conditions. Unless otherwise specified in the title, boxes are usually reserved for orders of at least 10 cards. Greyes may also choose to ship in a box if deemed appropriate. Most international orders are shipped in a box.

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (UK time) will be processed as quickly as possible and usually dispatched within 1-2 business days for domestic and international orders, except orders placed over the weekend or bank holidays, which will be processed the following business day (e.g., if you order on a Saturday, it will be processed on Monday if it is not a UK bank holiday).

The time it will take to receive your order will depend on your location, the selected shipping method and the carrier. Greyes is only responsible for despatch time. Thank you for understanding.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

For domestic (UK) and continental (EU) orders, items usually take 2-5 days to reach their destination. However, it may take longer than this due to customs, strikes, holidays and busy times of the year.

For international orders (USA, Canada, Australia and the rest of the world), items are usually received within 6-7 business days. Again, there may be delays due to customs, strikes, holidays and busy times of the year.

Please note that once the item has been dispatched from the Greyes site, we no longer have control over it. However, you can always contact us, and we will try our best to offer support.

Please also remember that the buyer, are responsible for all customs duties, fees, and VAT taxes levied by your country concerning your order.
