2.1 The colours of the items may vary depending on screen/paper/ink level/printer.
2.2 Your purchase order can only be processed and shipped once Greyes Ltd has received your payment in full for the products ordered, at which time a legally binding agreement on the terms will become effective.
2.3 You, as the buyer, are responsible for providing a correct and accurate shipping/delivery address at checkout. Greyes Ltd does not accept any liability for any loss if, for any reason, the shipping/delivery address provided is wrong or inaccurate. If you need to change the shipping address, please get in touch with Greyes immediately using the contact form here with your name and order/receipt number.
2.4 Once the item has been despatched from the Greyes site, it is no longer Greyes’ responsibility. However, you can always contact Greyes for support.
2.5 You, the buyer, are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes. Greyes Ltd is not responsible for delays due to customs, strikes, holidays, busy times of the year or any other external causes.
2.6 Please contact Greyes Ltd as soon as you receive a damaged or wrong item. A photo proof is a must before sending a replacement. Any damaged item due to your mishandling is not eligible for replacement or refund.
2.7 In alignment with Greyes’ sustainable practices, the company follows a print-on-demand business model for its online services, which is an eco-friendly business model that allows printing only when and what is needed (i.e., the item is only printed when someone orders it). This means that all Greyes’ products are made to order and printed just for you, so returns or exchanges are not usually accepted. But if there are any issues with your order, please contact us. It is important that you reach out within 14 business days of receiving the item and that you inform Greyes BEFORE sending the item back to the address below. All returns and exchanges require approval. Once a return is approved, you have another 14 days to return the items once you’ve told us. 2.8 For Greyes Ltd to issue a refund, the item must be received within the period set forth above and in its original packaging. The item will be inspected and then approved. So please take extra care when returning the item. You will be refunded the item’s price minus the shipping costs you paid at the time of purchase. Refunds will not be issued for returned damaged items with visible wear. Greyes Ltd will refund the buyer within 14 days of receiving the item(s) back if a refund is approved.
2.9 Greyes Ltd does not accept liability for any fully or partially bespoke/personalised orders resulting in faulty items due to the buyer’s inaccurate specifications or grammar mistakes. In that case, the item(s) will not be eligible for a refund/exchange. We will copy paste the text as it is written in personalisations. Therefore, please double-check before placing your order.
2.10 For digital products, also known as digital downloads, no physical items will be shipped. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the product is compatible with their software/device, as due to the nature of digital downloads, they are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. However, you can contact Greyes if you require assistance or if there are any issues with your digital product.
